Neveready 'Rejections LP' Nominated for Debut Album of the Year at Funky Awards

Neveready’s 'Rejections LP' has been nominated for Debut Album of the Year at the 2012 Funky Awards held in his homeland Helsinki, Finland. Originated in 2000, the festival is hosted by the Funky Amigos, a non-profit organization whose mission involves promoting local artists and cultural tolerance. The gala will feature performances from all nominees in addition to popular artists and DJs to keep the partying raging. Award categories range from Song of the Year to Best Club DJ and this year they’re introducing a new category for best levyttämätön or “not recorded” artist.

It’s a huge honor for Neveready to be recognized by it's peers and to join in Funky Amigos’ mission to bring people together to celebrate regional music. Good luck, Neveready - bring the funk to Finland!
